Crafted with the three-step Honbazuke honing process, the CRYODUR vacuum tempered blade with a 60° Rockwell hardness, has a sharp and retentive edge. The CMV 60 core lends a sturdy construction, ensuring a rust and corrosion free use in the kitchen. Wrapped in 64 layers of stainless steel (32 layers on each side), the blade core is polished to reveal a unique rippled Damascus design.

The edge angle of 9.5-12° per side renders the blade narrow and highly sharp. A newfound fusion of hard steel and narrow blade, this knife also boasts an immaculate handle design.
